Yep. She's 37. THIRTY-SEVEN! How can this be? Shocking, isn't it?
But, now ladies..........I shall crush you.
This 37 yr old woman has had.....as in BIRTHED.....6 children. Read that again. 6 children.
I tried to deny it at first. I researched. It's not hype. It's not even photo shop. There's not even a nanny. Just her, her husband, their six kids, and a hell of alot of determination and hard work. If you read about her, you can't even hate her. You'll actually LIKE her. She's the real deal. She even readily admits to stretch marks.
So what am I to do with this information? I am simultaneously mega-depressed and incredibly motivated by this knowledge. And it is because of this, that you, dear readers, will likely have to endure more knowledge about my current work-outs and state of fitness that you will EVER want to know.
Seriously, I am incredibly motivated by this woman.

The good thing about the plague is that I've detoxed from sugar without noticing the withdrawl on account of ....well, the Other Symptoms *shudder*
too muscular and broad in the shoulders for my taste. she doesn't look very soft to touch, which a woman should be. don't fret!
Andie, of COURSE you're free to hate her. And, way to look at the bright side on the whole plague-sugar thing.
Watts, thanks, man. Really, I mean that. I shall remember that today when my weak little arms and back refuse to lift my own body weight into a pull up. ONE.Pull up. (weak smile)
Ok, I am probably 10 inches shorter than she, and weaigh twice as much. May I hate her too?!

Well, aha, now I see why I don't look like that. I'm older than she, and I have fewer children.
All of those cookies I've eaten lately have nothing to do with it, nor does the chocolate lava cake I had last night (MrV is out of town, and I needed something to snuggle up with, y'know, and the lava cake was soooo friendly), and I have I mentioned lately that my leg hurts and I'm pretty sure I can't do abs or arms work because of my leg, and, and, and ... ummm, give me some time, I'll come up with some other excuses.
Thank God Rusty doesn't like that body builder look on a woman or I'd be in big trouble. We've hit a little snag with the workouts here, we are just so darn busy with sports that any "me" time has been shoved to the side. We have a 4 week break until football starts and that takes up every evening during the week for him, 3 for me. I am so looking forward to the cruise, calgon take me away.

Melissa, you are so right, we may not all look like this woman but we can do everyhing possible to take care of our bodies. Oh, I so need to get back to the gym and eating right. We are going on another cruise in Sept. so I need to be in shape for that. You and Race should go with us it's going to be so much fun.
Is it possible to be simultaneously inspired and depressed? 'Cause I think I am! That is one impressive lady!! :0)
