My poor camera battery is charging, and I am trying to soak in all that happened on our trip, to be able to put words to the pictures.
IT WAS AMAZING!!! It was actually frightening to think that we might have lived the rest of our lives without experiencing that breathtaking scenery that only God could create. The Lake District in England is a place that we could easily call home. Although we are glad to be back in our own beds again, we weren't ready to leave at all.
It was also a trip that enabled us to breathe deeply as a family and really reconnect and become close to one another again. We enjoyed one anothers company so much and began to remember what a blessing family is. You know that we all love the outdoors and the Lake District is just a mecca for the outdoor enthusiast.
I'll be back later with pictures and some journalling of the trip. We have arrived home feeling very blessed.
