I started this blog to keep the husband/father of this happy home up to speed with what goes on here while he is off making the world a safer place. We will refer to him as "Race" (You know..Race Bannon... from Johnny Quest?).
We are Christian in our religion, and conservative, in our politics.
We home school our guinea pigs,-er- I mean , our kids. Our life is not "the norm", but, with Divine Grace, we're makin' it work, and usually having a good time in the process!

Just in case you check your blog, Savannah and Jackson finally met the neighbor kids today and had a wonderful time playing at their house. Tomorrow we may have them down here after school. Jackson is going to Quintin's house tomorrow. They are going to set up a lemonade stand and make a whole lot of money. I know they will have a great time. I'm glad you are there with Troy. Hope you both have a good time together. Love, Mom
