Monday-lower body



Thighs-Squats-w/curl bar 25lb plates 3 sets/12

Hams-lunges- w/ 15 lb dumbells 3 set /15



Thighs-leg extensions-40 lb 3 sets/12

Hams-leg curls-40 lb 3 sets/12



Thighs- front squats-w/15 lb dumbells

hams-stiff legged dead lifts- w/15 lb dumbells



Finish w/ as many deep jump squats as possible.



Post-work-out shake
