Fish Fry

On Sunday, Uncle Roy and Uncle Donald were up at 4:00 am, and out the door , headed to the pond fishing. They caught a HUGE “mess of fish”, as we say in the south (which ended up to be about 40). They cleaned all the fish, and then Dad tried out his new, huge, heavy duty, mega, fish fryer. In no time at all 15 family members sat down to fried fish, cheese grits and coleslaw. My family KNOWS how to do a fish fry!
