Well, you can move this to the top of the "10 Things That I Never Thought I'd Hear" list. Austin and his buddies (from scouts) are thinking about...................a BAND! A Band??? It seems that his buddy is in percussion at school. He is getting a complete, really nice drum set tomorrow. The kids brother is taking guitar. He wants Austin to pick it back up, so that they can get a band started. Are you reading this Race????

Way to be the supportive mom. I have 2 nephews in bands (one is making a CD) and 2 brother in laws in a band, so the band thing really isn't that bad a thing. It could be fun, spending all those Friday and Saturday nights sitting in some smokey bar listening to music. ha ha ha
