I started this blog to keep the husband/father of this happy home up to speed with what goes on here while he is off making the world a safer place. We will refer to him as "Race" (You know..Race Bannon... from Johnny Quest?).
We are Christian in our religion, and conservative, in our politics.
We home school our guinea pigs,-er- I mean , our kids. Our life is not "the norm", but, with Divine Grace, we're makin' it work, and usually having a good time in the process!

Did I mention Race was back? Jack is seen here sporting one of the gifts from his Dad. We only have to re-tie it on him...oh...about 110 times a day. Honestly, how do those Arab mothers do it?
