O.K. I think that my "comments" are working again. I couldn't leave any comments at all yesterday.
Well, I am sitting here at my computer, looking out the window, and the snow is just pouring down. Jack got into my bed early this morning because he was having a bad dream about a "giant octopus or squid, whose tenticles were trying to reach into our windows.......mumble, mumble, mumble". He is currently singing a song about "tooting"(rather loudly), so forgive me if this post seems a bit scattered. Anyway, the snow means that Austin will not be having his baseball clinic today. So, now we have to wait and see if Savannah's ballet rehersal is going to be cancelled, so we can get on the road and head to Mom and Dad's. At any rate this buys me a LOT more time to pack/ clean etc. than I would have had, so for that I am thankful.
I am reading "The Hiding Place" by Corrie Ten Boom. It is an incredible book and I can hardly put it down. She is deffinitely a spiritual giant. It is so humbling to read about her life.
Well, we got the boys hair cut at the mall last night. They look so handsome! I will try to get them to pose for a picture, so that I can post it.
We are hoping to get the opportunity to see Dy and her family today at Mom and Dads. (Her blog is the "Classical Adventures" over to the side). They are such a sweet family, and I just love getting together with them. I hope that the weather will hold out for us today.
O.K., I am going to end this here, because this is just like the most boring Blog.....ever. I'm sorry. I can not think about ANYTHING else but Race coming home. Seriously, folks. That's it. I can't put together a complete sentence right now, let alone anything articulate. I will try to post pictures later.
Y'all have a great weekend!
Melissa
