I started this blog to keep the husband/father of this happy home up to speed with what goes on here while he is off making the world a safer place. We will refer to him as "Race" (You know..Race Bannon... from Johnny Quest?).
We are Christian in our religion, and conservative, in our politics.
We home school our guinea pigs,-er- I mean , our kids. Our life is not "the norm", but, with Divine Grace, we're makin' it work, and usually having a good time in the process!

Savannah and her long bow. Dy and Charles had this specially made for her. She is right handed, but left eye dominant. This bow is made for a lefty, so that she can aim properly. She is working on strengthening that left arm!
Look at her go! I am so thankful she's enjoying it. Prepare her for sore muscles- it uses them in a bizarre combination that just doesn't get used at all in any other activity. It's weird. And did you not get that girl an armguard?!?!
